Website use – non-personal data

When you visit our website, non-personal data is transmitted and logged for statistical purposes and for the availability of our online services. No personal data is stored or assigned to individuals.

If a data subject wishes to make use of special services or benefits from us via the Internet, it may be necessary to process personal data. If the processing of personal data is necessary without a legal basis for the processing, we obtain the consent of the data subject.

Browser

In general, your browser or “client” automatically transmits parameters and arguments, which are referred to as HTTP header fields and are part of HTTP. When files are accessed, data such as URL, date, time, browser, operating system or IP address are transmitted.

HTTP and HTTP header fields have been standardized by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are fundamental for communication between your browser and the server.

Cookies

In connection with the complete use of our website via web forms such as login, contact form, registration or shopping cart, we use cookies to be able to assign your browser (system) again. The HTTP protocol cannot maintain a permanent connection to you and makes this necessary. Session cookies with a unique temporary alpha-numeric code are used for this purpose.

We also use cookies to ensure the security of our systems. Cookies may also be transferred to third party online services. To prevent this, you can exclude this in your browser in the advanced settings, the use of our websites is not restricted by this.

Web analytics

We use the MATOMO program for statistical web analysis on our websites. Data is stored here as described in the Browser section as well as information provided by the program. Your data will remain under our control and will not be transferred to third parties or outside Germany.

The internal transmission is carried out via a secure TLS / SSL connection. The storage and retention of data in the MATOMO program is separate from personal data.

Social Media

Our websites may contain social media links or extensions that allow you to share our content with others. For this purpose, data is transmitted to Internet services such as Google, Twitter, Facebook or similar. The use of personal and non-personal data can be viewed on the respective services or Internet portals of the linked services.

Depending on the settings on your browser or whether you have a user account with these internet services and are logged in, data may be linked to your personal data.

You can avoid this by logging out of these services or installing add-ons on your browser that block advertising and trackers from these Internet services.

Video

Our websites may have embedded videos that are linked to Youtube.com from Google or other video streaming services. When videos are displayed and played, data is transmitted to said services. This may allow a link to personal data, as explained in the second paragraph of the “Social Media” section. Otherwise, non-personal data is transmitted as listed in the “Browser” section, which is outside our access.

Google ReCaptcha

For the transmission of forms, we use the Google ReCaptcha service out of legitimate interest to ward off SPAM bots or SPAM mails. Information such as IP address, referrer URL (the address of the page from which the visitor comes), information about the operating system (the software that enables the operation of your computer, possibly cookies, mouse movements and keyboard strokes, length of stay, settings of the user device are evaluated.

Miscellaneous

To improve the presentation and usability of the website, we use technical resources such as script libraries (JavaScript), style sheets (CSS), map services (GoogleMaps, Openstreetmap, etc.), Recaptcha (form spam control) or fonts that can be loaded from external servers or CDN (Content Delivery Network). This may allow a link to personal data, as explained in the second paragraph of the “Social Media” section. Otherwise, non-personal data is transmitted as listed in the “Browser” section, which is outside our access.
Personal data

Personal data is used, stored or passed on with great care, as limited as possible and only if necessary, in accordance with the provisions of the EU GDPR.

Consent

By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to its storage and processing by us and to its disclosure (“declaration of release from confidentiality”) to third parties if this is necessary for the establishment, execution and termination of the contract (treatment / examination).

Third parties include in particular Private clearing houses, clinics, laboratories and doctors used for treatment, credit assessment services.

The contact options you transmit to us (e.g. e-mail, telephone, fax) allow us to use them to contact you.

Contradiction

You can object to the use, processing and transmission of your personal data at any time by sending an informal message by post or email to the controller listed below.

However, this does not apply to the necessary data from a contractual relationship with us. After receiving your objection, we will no longer use, process or transfer the data concerned for purposes other than the contractual relationship.
Right to information

In accordance with Art. 15 EU GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act, you as a user have the right to request free access to and information about the data stored about you or your pseudonym, as well as to request its correction, blocking or deletion. At your request, the information can also be provided electronically in a standardized format.

If other legal regulations do not permit deletion, your data will be blocked and only made accessible for this legal purpose.

Data security

Data that we store and process is operated in accordance with current technical standards. In particular, we use secure connections (TLS / SSL) to transfer data. As far as technical standards allow, we encrypt data cryptographically and protect it from unauthorized access by third parties.
