In the following, we will inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of general and personal data in the data protection declaration. You can call up the data protection declaration at any time on our website or receive it printed in the operating rooms. For information about the operator of the web pages please call the imprint.
Website use - non-personal data
When you visit our website, non-personal data is transmitted and recorded for statistical purposes and for the availability of our online services. No personal data will be stored or assigned to persons.
If a person concerned wishes to make use of special services from us via the Internet, it may be necessary to process personal data. If the processing of personal data is necessary without a legal basis for the processing exists, we obtain the consent of the person concerned.
In general, your browser or "client" automatically transmits parameters and arguments known as HTTP header fields that are part of HTTP. When files are called, data such as URL, date, time, browser, operating system or IP address are transferred.
HTTP and HTTP header fields have been standardized by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are essential for communication between your browser and the server.
If you exclude the use of our cookies on our websites via the advanced settings, the complete range of functions cannot be guaranteed.
For our web pages we use the program MATOMO for statistical web analysis. Here data are stored as described under the section Browser as well as information provided by the program. Your data will remain under our control and will not be transmitted to third parties or outside Germany.
The internal transmission is carried out via a secure TLS / SSL connection. The storage of data in the MATOMO program is separate from personal data.
Our websites may contain social media links or enhancements that allow you to share our content with others. For this purpose, data is transmitted to Internet services such as Google, Twitter, Facebook or similar. The use of personal and non-personal data can be viewed on the respective services or Internet portals of the linked services.
Depending on the settings on your browser or whether you maintain a user account with these Internet services and are logged in, data can be linked to your personal data.
You can avoid this by logging out of these services or installing add-ons to your browser that block advertisements and trackers of said Internet services.
Our websites may have embedded videos that are linked to Youtube.com from Google or other video streaming services. When videos are viewed and played, data is transmitted to those services. This may allow linking to personally identifiable information, as explained in the "Social Media" section, second paragraph. Otherwise, non-personally identifiable information will be transferred as listed under the "Browser" section, which is outside of our access.
According to the regulations of the EU-DSVGO, personal data is stored or passed on with great care, as limited as possible and only if necessary.
By transmitting your personal data to us, you consent to storage and processing by us as well as disclosure ("declaration of confidentiality") to third parties, insofar as this is necessary to justify, execute and terminate the contract (treatment / investigation).
Third parties are considered in particular: Private clearing houses, clinics, laboratories and doctors used for treatment, credit assessment services.
The contact possibilities transferred to us by you (e.g. e-mail, telephone, fax) allow us to use these to get in touch with you.
You can object to the use, processing and transmission of your personal data at any time by sending an informal message by post or e-mail to the person responsible listed below.
However, this does not apply to the necessary data from a contractual relationship with us. Upon receipt of your objection, we will no longer use, process or transmit the data concerned for purposes other than the contractual relationship.
Right to information
As a user you have the right according to art. 15 EU-DSGVO and Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Act) to free inspection and information of the data stored about your person or your pseudonym as well as their correction, blocking or deletion. Upon your request, the information can also be provided electronically in a standardised format.
If other legal regulations do not permit deletion, your data will be blocked and made accessible only for this legal purpose.
Data that we store and process is operated in accordance with the latest technical standards. In particular, we use secure connections (TLS / SSL) for the transmission of data. As far as technical standards allow, we encrypt data cryptographically and protect it from unauthorized access by third parties.
