Lifting without a scalpel:

By virtue of highly developed techniques, it is now possible to obtain one’s own living fat cells with gentle tumescent local anaesthesia (TLA) from a problem zone and to separate them from other tissues through centrifuging.

These living fat cells are reinjected under the skin or into the fatty and muscular tissues with the finest needles and a local anaesthetic or in twilight sleep. In this way, a three-dimensional crosswise grid arises in the various tissue layers.
